Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Watchdoor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Watchdoor
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information
One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted
You are responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Watchdoor only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Share personal information of others without consent
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App
Post content that violates laws or regulations
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Content Guidelines

All content you post (alerts, posts, comments, photos, etc.) must:

Be accurate and truthful
Be relevant to your neighborhood community
Respect others' privacy and dignity
Not contain hate speech, violence, or explicit content
Not infringe on intellectual property rights

Note: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Watchdoor a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

The Watchdoor name, logo, and all App features are owned by Watchdoor and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

Watchdoor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Content posted by users
Actions taken based on information in the App
Service interruptions or technical issues
Loss of data or content
Interactions between users

Important: In case of emergency, always contact local authorities (911) directly. Watchdoor is not a replacement for emergency services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
